About the Department:
The Department of Zoology is one of the prestigious Departments of this college and it is started in 1992. Eminent personalities are contributed their services to the Department. The department is fully equipped with furniture and laboratory instruments. The Staff members are highly experienced and qualified. The department introduced a course on Paramedical Technology, which helps to the students and provide job opportunities. The department has been successfully continuing the UG course with more than 90 pass percentage.

- To acquire knowledge on the taxonomic status of various animals and its relationship to man.
- To bring about an awareness of health related problems, their prevention and cure.
Mission:
- Providing a wide spectrum comprehension of the Physiology, Animal Biotechnology, Animal Husbandry and Ecology.
