NATURE OF THE PROGRAMME:  Blood Donation Camp

CLASS:Students of all Courses of the College who voluntarily interested to donate blood.

ÍNCHARGE LECTURER OF THE PROGRAMME: Dr. D. Adinarayana, Lecturer in Zoology

OBJECTIVE: 

• The main purpose of the blood donation camp is to select a suitable donor whose blood will be safe to the recipient and who himself shall not in any way be harmed by blood donation.
• The make the students aware of the importance of the blood donation to save life of the needy.

OUTPUT:

• To provide safe and quality blood and blood components collected from voluntary donors, round the clock ,at affordable cost to the general public and free of cost to the poor
• Ensure safety and quality of blood
• Motivate and maintain a permanent well – indexed record of voluntary blood donors

REPORT:

Department of zoology organized a blood donation camp by the co-operation of blood bank staff of  Govt .Area Hospital, Kadiri on 02-12-2021.The students of our college actively participated in this programme .
